Take a journey through your Chakra energy centres and expand your inner light during this 4hr Kriya Yoga intensive. Align and tune your energy bodies for increased self-awareness, vitality and glow.
This journey will begin with a guided meditation to help us ground, clear and open to receive the teachings that will follow. Then, sit back and discover what chakras really are according to ancient Vedic wisdom, directly from the Himalayas.
Learn how to tune into your own channel of light and inner knowing. Discover the sacred seed mantra sounds associated with each chakra. Learn how each chakra is connected to a specific planet, frequency, element, karma and dharma.
Followed by a transformative 2hr Kriya Yoga practice, working our way intentionally from root to crown with chakra specific Kriya sets including asana, pranayama, mantra, mudra, movement & meditation.
You will receive a beautiful Chakra Yoga Booklet to help guide your journey and support you moving forward along your life path. Discover where your specific imbalances may be and forever know how to bring flow and healing back into your life - body, mind and spirit.
This will be a deeply meditative experience. All levels welcome.
